We guarantee that any candidate hired under the terms of our signed agreement will not leave voluntarily or be discharged due to misconduct or good cause (misconduct or unsatisfactory performance to be determined according to reasonable standards) during the guarantee period. This guarantee will be for a period of one (1) year. However, our guarantee does not apply if termination is a result of a layoff for economic reasons, elimination of the position, a substantial change in the job description or reporting structure, a change in ownership, or any reason beyond SPORTSEARCH’s or the candidate’s control. If the candidate does leave voluntarily or is discharged for good cause during the guarantee period, we will repeat the entire search process at no additional charge. This is the exclusive remedy under our guarantee. There will be no refund of fees or costs, and SPORTSEARCH shall not be liable for any compensatory or other damage resulting from the employment of the candidate.
It is important to keep the guarantee active. Our search guarantee to the client will remain active as long as these terms are met. All that is required is for the client to pay our invoice in full within thirty (30) days of the candidate’s acceptance of an offer, and tell us within five (5) working days of the candidate’s last day of work if they are terminated.
